Rayne Consultancy Limited is excited to partner with a reputable charity based in Shoreditch, London, to recruit an enthusiastic and skilled Events Fundraiser. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues to identify events that resonate with high-value supporters and design and deliver engaging experiences. This role also involves working with external stakeholders to ensure the success of these events.
Role Details
- Position: Events Fundraiser
- Contract: Permanent
- Salary: £28,337–£31,485 + £3,366 inner London weighting
- Location: Shoreditch (1 day per week in the office)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver a portfolio of engagement and stewardship events, ensuring seamless coordination of all event logistics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in event planning and execution.
- Use creativity and innovation to curate engaging and memorable event elements.
- Work closely with the Engagement and Stewardship Manager and Stewardship Executive to align events with the overall supporter stewardship plan.
- Share expertise and knowledge in fundraising events with other teams to enhance overall organizational impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in successfully delivering engagement and stewardship events.
- Strong ability to build, develop, and manage relationships with individuals and teams, both internally and externally.
- Experience using Raisers Edge or a similar CRM system, along with proficiency in Windows-based software (e.g., Word, Excel, email, and internet tools).
- A creative mindset and excellent organizational skills to ensure events are impactful and well-executed.
