Job Description

Rayne Consultancy Limited is currently partnering with a leading Further Education (FE) College in Central London to recruit an Administrator who will play a pivotal role in supporting and advancing the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Action Plan and initiatives across the institution. This full-time temporary position is expected to last for a minimum of 3 months.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Administrator will focus on promoting inclusivity, fostering relationships, and ensuring EDI principles are embedded throughout workplace and student practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the EDI Lead to deliver impactful training, workshops, and presentations on diversity and inclusion topics.
  • Managing and maintaining the college’s diversity calendar to highlight equality initiatives and ensure visibility across the organization.
  • Partnering with the Deputy Head of Student Services to engage underrepresented groups and foster inclusivity.
  • Handling inquiries and coordinating surveys to monitor the progress and impact of EDI initiatives.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience in equality, diversity, and inclusion projects, with strong project management capabilities.
  • Ability to effectively engage with staff at all levels and build meaningful relationships across the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
